Case Description
In the occupied Luhansk, a criminal case was opened against a 31-year-old local resident, a citizen of Ukraine with forced Russian citizenship, Valeria Tretyakova. She was accused of providing funds to support the activities of an international organization that was recognized as undesirable on the territory of Russia. The date of the initiation of the case is unknown. According to the Russian investigation, in February 2024, Tretiakova transferred money through a mobile application to the account of a participant in the International Public Movement "AllatRa. The General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation recognized this organization as undesirable in August 2023. Law enforcement agencies believe that the movement's activities threaten the foundations of the constitutional order and state security. There is no information about the measure of restraint.
