Case Description
On June 26, 2025, in the urban-type settlement of Sivashskoye, Novotroitsk District, in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast, local resident, citizen of Ukraine Valeriy Vakulenko was detained. He was accused of committing sabotage, theft, and illegal trafficking of explosives or explosive devices as part of a group. The details of the charges are unknown. 26 June 2025 a man was brought to Detention Center No. 5 in Rostov-on-Don.
