Case Description
In August 2022, in the city of Partizansk, Primorsky Krai, 48-year-old local resident Valery Svintsov was detained on charges of calling for terrorism. The reason for the criminal prosecution was calls on social networks for the violent overthrow of state power. August 15, 2024, the court, at the request of the investigation, placed the defendant in the case in a remand prison.
