Case Description
In the urban-type settlement of Chernomorskoye in the annexed Republic of Crimea, a criminal case of treason was initiated against a local resident. Details of the charges and the date of detention are unknown. The man was placed in a pre-trial detention center for the duration of the investigation. On November 14, 2025, the Southern District Military Court found Valery Grancev guilty and sentenced him to 15 years in a strict regime penal colony.
