Case Description
In Vladivostok on February 6, 2025, a 60-year-old local resident Valery Blagov was detained. Ovsep Nazlukhanyan was accused of participating in a non-profit organization that infringed on the personality and rights of citizens, and of failing to report a crime of a terrorist nature. The details of the charges are unknown. According to the Far Easterner himself, the reason for the criminal prosecution was the creation of the "People's Assembly of Local Self-Government of Vladivostok, in which he himself became the chairman.
