Case Description
In Moscow on August 1, 2023, at 19:20, 62-year-old pensioner Valentina Semyonova approached the military enlistment office building in the Kuzminki district on Zelenodolskaya Street and threw a Molotov cocktail at the doors. She was immediately detained by Rosgvardia employees and passers-by. The fire on one square meter was quickly extinguished. On August 3, 2023, the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow placed Semyonov under house arrest. 15 October 2024, the Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow issued a ruling to apply compulsory medical measures against Valentina Semyonova.
