В оккупированной части Херсонской области 16 апреля 2024 года похитили 34-летнего местного жителя, гражданина Украины Валентина Рожкова. 1,5 года его местонахождение скрывали. 20 октября 2025 года мужчину «задержали» официально и возбудили против него уголовное дело о государственной измене. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
