Case Description
In Stavropol, no later than April 2024, a 35-year-old local resident, a native of Dagestan, Vadim Ismailov, was detained. He was accused of treason, participation in the activities of a terrorist organization, preparation for a terrorist attack by an organized group, as well as illegal handling of explosive devices and preparation for their illegal manufacture as part of an organized group. Details of his detention and the charges against him are unknown. The defendants in the case were placed in custody for the duration of the investigation.
