Case Description
In Orenburg in 2024, a criminal case was opened for 'fakes' about the Russian army against local animal rights activist Vadim Guzachev. The reason for the criminal prosecution was a post published in the fall of 2022 on VKontakte about the shelling of a maternity hospital in the Ukrainian city of Volniansk and the death of an infant: "These are the killers of children.
