This comment, according to the investigation, indicated support for violent methods and extremist ideology. The investigation insisted that Abdinasir 'shared aggressive forms of Islam and the idea of violent influence on state institutions.' On February 19, 2025, the 2nd Western Military District Court found Bekszat Abdynasir uulu guilty and sentenced him to three years in prison and a two-year ban on administering internet resources, as well as ordered to confiscate the mobile phone from which the comment was written. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
