Gadzhiev Ullubiy Magomed-Sultanovich

In Izberbash, Republic of Dagestan, a criminal case was initiated against Ullubiy Magomed-Sultanovich Gadzhiev. The date of the case being opened and his arrest is unknown. He was accused of participating in the activities of an international religious association recognized as extremist and banned on the territory of Russia. According to the investigation, approximately from 2008 to April 2017, Gadzhiev, knowing about the ban on the activities of the international religious association "Nurjular", participated in its meetings in Izberbash. During the investigation, Gadzhiev was required to sign a pledge not to leave and to behave properly. On June 18, 2025, the Izberbash City Court of the Republic of Dagestan terminated the criminal case and criminal prosecution against Gadzhiev due to active repentance. The court found that Gadzhiyev had committed the crime under Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the first time, voluntarily ceased his participation in the organisation's activities, turned himself in, and his actions did not contain any other corpus delicti. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
