On December 21, 2024, in Perm, the FSB Directorate for the Perm Territory opened a criminal case against a local resident, an employee of one of the region's defense enterprises, Tatyana Vlasova, for confidential cooperation with a foreign state directed against the security of the Russian Federation. According to the security forces, the woman "initiatively" established contact with Ukrainian special services through the internet and transmitted information about a defense enterprise: "pursuing her personal motives" she provided a layout of its workshops. The next day, on December 22, she was detained and questioned as a suspect. Before the election of a preventive measure, the woman was placed in a temporary detention center. On December 23, 2024, the Leninsky District Court of Perm, at the request of the investigation, chose detention as a preventive measure for the defendant in the case." 5. Later, the charges against the Perm woman were toughened — they were reclassified as treason. On September 8, 2025, the Perm Regional Court found Tatiana Vlasova guilty and sentenced her to 13 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony and a restriction of freedom for 1 year.
