Case Description
15 March 2024, on the first day of voting in the 2024 Putin election, 70-year-old local resident Tatyana Petrukina came to polling station No. 1527 in Maryino at the address Verkhnie Polia, d." 40, poured some flammable liquid on the voting booth, set it on fire and began filming what was happening on her phone. The fire was quickly extinguished, and the woman was detained on the spot. A criminal case was opened against her for obstructing the exercise of electoral rights or the work of election commissions. Before the election of a preventive measure, the pensioner was placed in a temporary detention center. On March 16, 2024, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow denied the investigator Osipova A.V. of the Lyublinsky MRSO of the SU for the SEAD of the IC of Russia for Moscow. in choosing a preventive measure in the form of house arrest. Petrukhin was released in the courtroom under a written undertaking not to leave. April 26, 2024, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow found Tatyana Petrukina guilty and sentenced her to one and a half years of imprisonment with a probationary period of two years. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
