Case Description
Forceful searches were conducted against a local resident of Maykop, Republic of Adygea, Tatiana Moskalenko, in mid-August 2023. According to the FSB, on her page on one of the social networks, she posted video clips calling for protest actions against the war in Ukraine, disrupting "mobilization enterprises" and obstructing the work of military enlistment offices. A criminal case was initiated against Moskolenko for public calls to carry out activities aimed against state security. On August 18, the Maykop City Court sent her to a pre-trial detention center. No later than February 2, 2024, the court replaced Moskolenko's measure of restraint with house arrest or a ban on certain actions.
