The reason for the criminal prosecution was a solo picket on October 10, 2023, near the regional Palace of Friendship "Rus" with a poster "Freedom to political prisoners." The security forces claim that Lukyanova shouted slogans "10.10.2020 - we will not forget, we will not forgive", Furgal is not guilty", Freedom to Furgal" and "Freedom to political prisoners. According to their opinion, she thus expressed a negative attitude towards the actions of court staff, police, prosecutors, and IK-6 of the Altai Territory in connection with bringing the former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal, to criminal responsibility.
