Case Description
On February 26, 2024, in Tomsk, in a rented apartment, a 21-year-old local resident, artist Tatyana Laletina, was detained. She was accused of treason. According to the investigation, Laletina transferred $30 to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk placed the girl in custody. 28 June 2024, the Tomsk Regional Court found Tatyana Laletina guilty and sentenced her to 9 years in a general regime penal colony. On September 27, 2024, the Fifth Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction upheld the verdict.
