Khudak Taras Bogdanovich

In Feodosia, in annexed Crimea, no later than April 2025, a 43-year-old local resident, entrepreneur Taras Khudak, was detained. He was accused of treason. According to the investigation, Khudak, being opposed to the "special military operation, photographed and filmed on video the deployment locations of air defense systems, as well as critical infrastructure facilities in Feodosia, from December 2024 to April 2025. He passed the collected materials and coordinates to representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. Law enforcement officials claim that this data was used to prepare sabotage and missile and artillery strikes. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On February 4, 2026, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea found Taras Khudak guilty and sentenced him to 18 years in a strict regime colony and 1 year and 8 months of restricted freedom.
