Tolkachyova Svetlana Borisovna

In the Kursk region on December 25, 2025, local resident Svetlana Tolkačeva was detained. She was accused of treason. The reason for the criminal prosecution was the woman's correspondence with a volunteer from Tbilisi, Alexei Lebedev, whom law enforcement officers consider an employee of Ukrainian intelligence. It is reported that Tolkačova had been transferring donations to the organization Volunteers.Tbilisi since the summer of 2022. On December 25, 2025, the case's defendant was sent to a remand prison. Earlier, in May 2025, Tokacheva had already been detained on suspicion of financing terrorism, after which she was sentenced to 12 days of administrative arrest for allegedly using obscene language and refusing to comply with the demands of FSB officers. According to a source, while serving his sentence, FSB officers Stanislav Bazdyrev and Alexander Gorlov tortured Tolkačeva with electricity, forcing him to sign an interrogation protocol.
