The woman passed the collected information to Ukrainian special services through telephone conversations. The Ukrainian woman was sent into custody for the duration of the investigation. On June 26, 2025, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic found Svetlana Kovaleva guilty and sentenced her to 15 years in prison in a general regime colony.
