Case Description
In the occupied part of the Luhansk region, no later than August 2023, a criminal case for state treason was opened against a local 19-year-old resident, a citizen of Ukraine with forced Russian citizenship, Stanislav Udoviki. According to the Russian investigation, in August 2023, Udovik voluntarily collected information about the locations of units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation participating in the special military operation. He transmitted the data to Ukrainian special services via a messenger. The young man was placed in custody for the duration of the investigation. 27 May 2025, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic found Stanislav Udovika guilty and sentenced him to 17 years in a strict regime colony and a fine of 100 thousand. rubles and restriction of freedom for 1 year.
