Case Description
Stanislav Skkshetusky, a 35-year-old local resident and employee of a restricted enterprise, was detained by FSB officers in the city of Zarechny, Penza Oblast, in January 2024. According to law enforcement officials, in exchange for help with moving abroad, he passed information about the operation of restricted facilities to Polish intelligence services." "A criminal case was opened against the man for attempted collaboration with a foreign state on a confidential basis. The court sent the man to a pre-trial detention center. On September 18, 2024, the Penza Regional Court found Stanislav Skkshetusky guilty and sentenced him to three years and four months in a general regime colony and one year of restricted freedom. On December 12, 2024, the Fourth Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction upheld the verdict without change.
