Vozhakova Snezhana Anatolevna

In Omsk, no later than April 2025, a criminal case was opened against a 46-year-old local resident, Snezhana Vozhakova. She was accused of public calls for terrorism. According to the investigation, the woman, speaking out against the "special military operation," posted comments in public internet communities on the Telegram messenger justifying terrorist activities, with the aim of forming in others the perception that the ideology and practice of terrorism are correct. It is unknown what exactly the defendant wrote. The measure of restraint chosen for her is also unknown. On October 13, 2025, the 2nd Eastern Military District Court found Snezhana Vozhakova guilty and sentenced her to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. The court also deprived her of the right to engage in activities related to posting materials and administering websites on the internet and in messengers for 3 years. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
