Case Description
Local resident Sergei Vikulov, 50, was detained in the Irkutsk region no later than December 2025. He was accused of public calls for terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. During the investigation, the defendant was at large, it is unknown what measure of restraint was assigned to him. On May 12, 2025, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court found Sergey Vikulov guilty and sentenced him to 6 years in a general regime penal colony. The man was taken into custody in the courtroom. September 26, 2025, the Appellate Military Court left the sentence unchanged.
