Case Description
In the city of Kirovsk in the occupied part of the Luhansk region, no later than March 2024, local resident, citizen of Ukraine Sergey Sukmanov was detained. He was accused of inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating human dignity, committed by an organized group, organizing a criminal community, as well as financing extremist activities. The details of the charges are unknown. For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment.
