In Usolye-Sibirskoye, Irkutsk Oblast, 56-year-old local resident Sergey Pravdeyuk was detained. He was accused of four episodes of public calls for terrorist activity using the Internet. According to the investigation, from 2023 to 2025, the man posted comments in several groups in the Telegram messenger calling for violent actions against Russian state officials, as well as justifying terrorist attacks on the territory of the country. On October 29, 2025, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court found Sergey Pravdeyuk guilty and sentenced him to 6.5 years in a general regime penal colony with a 5-year ban on posting information on the internet.
