В Симферополе в аннексированном Крыму не позднее июня 2022 года возбудили уголовное дело о публичных призывов к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности против 44-летнего местного жителя Сергея Поменчука. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.

16 января 2023 года Киевский районный суд Симферополя Республики Крым признал Сергея Поменчука виновным, размер наказания неизвестен. Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
