Case Description
On March 12, 2024, FSB officers detained 32-year-old local resident Sergey Osipovsky in Dolinsk, Primorsky Krai. A protocol on an administrative offense of petty hooliganism, associated with a refusal to comply with the lawful orders of the authorities, was drawn up against him. On March 14, 2024, Judge Yulia Rubel of the Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok sent Sergey Osinovsky to administrative arrest for 6 days. Later, a criminal case was opened against Osinsky for cooperating on a confidential basis with a foreign state and attempting to participate in the activities of a terrorist organization." The details of the charges are unknown. The court sent the man into custody. 15 January 2025, the Pacific Fleet Military Court found Sergey Osinovsky guilty and sentenced him to three years in a strict regime colony, with the first two years to be served in prison. 14 April 2025, the Appellate Military Court upheld the sentence.
