Case Description
In Novozybkov, Bryansk Oblast, a criminal case was opened for public calls for terrorism against local resident Sergey Krutko. The date of his detention is unknown. According to the investigation, Krutko, being opposed to the "special military operation, posted a comment in an open chat in the Telegram messenger under a publication with an interview with the founder of the "Russian Volunteer Corps, recognized as a terrorist organization. In the message, he supported and justified the activities of the commander of this organization, Denis Kapustin. There is no information about the measure of restraint. On January 26, 2026, the 2nd Western Military District Court found Sergey Krutko guilty and sentenced him to 1.5 years of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. He was also deprived of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of websites on the Internet for 2 years.
