В Новой Каховке оккупированной части Херсонской области не позднее мая 2025 года силовики похитили местного жителя, гражданина Украины Сергея Головченко. Несколько месяцев о нём ничего не было известно. Позже стало известно, что против Головченко возбудили уголовное дело о совершении террористического акта. Подробности обвинения неизвестны.
