Case Description
In the Tver region, no later than November 2023, a local resident, native of Ukraine, Sergey Yesipenko, was detained. He was accused of public calls for terrorism. The details of the charges are unknown. At the time of the investigation, the defendant in the case was placed under arrest. 30 January 2024, the 2nd Western District Military Court found Sergey Yesipenko guilty and sentenced him to imprisonment, the size of the punishment is unknown. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force. On September 10, 2025, the Kovrov City Court of the Vladimir Region granted a motion to change the type of correctional institution, details are also unknown.
