After that, a curator was assigned to him, on whose instructions he photographed air defense objects, indicated their coordinates, and reported on the assumption of combat duty." For the duration of the investigation, the defendant was placed in a pre-trial detention center. On August 22, 2025, the Sevastopol City Court found Sergey Bodnarashik guilty. Imposed a sentence of 14 years of imprisonment in a strict regime correctional colony, with a 1-year restriction of liberty and a fine of 200 thousand. rubles. On January 19, 2025, the Third Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the sentence unchanged.
