Later, he was additionally charged with receiving training to carry out terrorist activities. Konkina was accused of aiding terrorist activities. The Verkh-Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg sent both students to a pre-trial detention center. Later, Konkin's charges were reclassified under the article on failing to report preparation for a terrorist attack, and he was released from custody."
