В Ульяновске в начале декабря 2026 года задержали местного жителя, музыканта и блогера Семёна Колмайера. Его обвинили в публичных призывах к терроризму и распространении «фейков» про российскую армию по мотивам политической ненависти. Поводом для уголовного преследования, вероятно, стали его посты и комментарии в соцсети X (бывший Twitter), где он критиковал «СВО».
Суд поместил фигуранта дела под стражу.
