Case Description
В городе Аксай Ростовской области в ноябре 2019 года по подозрению в государственной измене задержан военнослужащий Южного военного округа старший лейтенант Руслан Артыков. По данным ФСБ, военный собирал секретные сведения о российской армии по заданию Министерства обороны Украины.
25 мая 2022 года Южный окружной военный суд признал Руслана Артыкова виновным и приговорил его к 13 годам лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима, с лишением воинского звания «старший лейтенант». Приговор не был обжалован и вступил в законную силу.
