Case Description
A criminal case was opened in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for public calls for terrorist and extremist activities motivated by a negative attitude towards the current authorities against a local resident, Ruslan Ardashev. The date of his detention is unknown. According to the investigation, Ruslan Ardashirov left a comment in the Telegram messenger under a publication in a pro-Ukrainian news community, calling for strikes on residential buildings in Belgorod." Also there he posted another comment calling for the killing of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. There is no information about the measure of restraint. On December 10, 2025, the 2nd Eastern District Military Court found Ruslan Ardashirov guilty and sentenced him to 5 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. Additionally, he was deprived of the right to engage in activities related to posting comments and administering internet resources for 3 years.
