Case Description
In Moscow, no later than November 2024, a criminal case was initiated against a 43-year-old local resident, Roman Tishin, on charges of public calls for extremist activity. The details of the charges are unknown. The man was placed under a non-leave obligation for the duration of the investigation. On 18 March 2025, the Butyrsky District Court of the city found Roman Tishin guilty and sentenced him to 2 years imprisonment to be served in a general regime penal colony. A Muscovite was taken into custody in the courtroom. On May 15, 2025, the Moscow City Court changed the verdict, details are unknown.
