Case Description
In Krasnoyarsk, no later than August 2024, three local residents were detained - Roman Timofeev, Rustam Ushakov and Ilya Yandybaev. Timofeeva was accused of committing sabotage as part of an organized group, assisting in sabotage activities, and money laundering. Rustam Ushakov and Ilya Yandybaev were accused of committing and attempting to commit sabotage as part of an organized group. The details of the charges are unknown. The defendants in the case were placed in a pre-trial detention center. On September 19, 2025, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court found Roman Timofeev, Rustam Ushakov, and Ilya Yandybaev guilty, the size of the punishment is unknown. On December 26, 2025, the Fifth Appellate Court of General Jurisdiction left the sentence unchanged.
