Case Description
In the occupied part of Luhansk region, a local resident, Ukrainian citizen Roman Salo, was detained. He was accused of participating in a terrorist community, as well as the illegal acquisition, storage, and carrying of explosive devices. The date of his detention is unknown. According to the investigation, in October 2014 in Starobelsk, Salo voluntarily joined the ranks of the assault battalion "Aydar. In his position as a shooter, he took part in hostilities against the civilian population and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic. According to the investigation, explosive devices illegally stored by Salo were discovered and seized at his place of residence.
