Case Description
On December 26, 2023, in the Kupyansk district of the occupied part of the Kherson region, Russian security forces abducted 35-year-old local resident, Ukrainian citizen Roman Rudenko. Since then, nothing is known about his whereabouts. Evidence exists that he is being held captive in territory under Russian control, but this is not officially confirmed.
