Case Description
A criminal case for treason was opened against Russian citizen Roman Romanov. It is unknown what prompted the criminal case to be opened, where and when Romanenko was detained. On January 23, the Southern Military District Court found Roman Romanenko guilty and sentenced him to 16 years in a strict regime colony. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
