Case Description
FSB investigators announced the international search for Ukrainian citizen Roman Orlenko, who is accused in absentia of using spyware to illegally collect information about Russian infrastructure. On February 2, 2024, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow issued an arrest warrant for Orlenko in absentia.
