Case Description
An 82-year-old pensioner was detained in Volgograd on August 1, 2023, at 21:50 for attempting to set fire to a military enlistment office in the Krasnoarmeysky district. From the pensioner, they confiscated one half-liter bottle with an incendiary mixture and a wick. According to some reports, the scammers stole about 700 thousand rubles from Vetrova and promised to return the money if she threw a "Molotov cocktail" at the military enlistment office." On August 4, Vtorova was recognized as a victim in a fraud case.
