Case Description
On November 2, 2023, in Ufa, FSB officers detained 18-year-old Reval Hakimov. In the FSB building, operatives beat him and took pictures with him, handcuffed. Hakimova was accused of creating and participating in the terrorist organization "Maniacs: Cult of Murder" (MKO). According to the prosecution's version, in the summer of 2023, Khakimov, being a member of the MKO, agreed with the movement's leader Mikhail Chkhikvishvili to include participants of the Telegram chat 'Brotherhood of Murderers' in the organization's composition. Thus, he involved them in the activities of a terrorist organization. Following his detention, the defendant in the case was placed in a remand prison. In August 2024, he was released under house arrest due to a diagnosed skin disease. 1 November 2025, the Central Military District Court found Reval Khakimov guilty and sentenced him to 6 years in a general regime colony. Following the announcement of the verdict, he was taken into custody in the courtroom.
