October 3, 2022, the Izberbash City Court of the Republic of Dagestan terminated the criminal case and criminal prosecution against Rashid Alklychev. The court found that the man had committed such a crime for the first time, voluntarily ceased participation in the organization's activities, turned himself in, and his actions did not contain any other corpus delicti. On December 8, 2022, the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan considered the prosecutor's appeal and left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged, and the appeal - unsatisfied.
