Case Description
In Magas, at the beginning of September 2024, a local 28-year-old resident, Ramazan Ekaev, was detained. He was accused of planning sabotage and illegal transportation and storage of a homemade explosive device with directional fragmentation damage with a power of at least 2 kilograms in TNT equivalent, as part of a group of persons by prior agreement. According to the security forces' version, Ekaev planned to blow up an oil depot. On September 2, 2024, the Magas District Court in Ingushetia chose Ekazheva's measure of restraint in the form of detention.
