Case Description
A criminal case was initiated against 20-year-old serviceman Radmil Mustafin for desecration of the Russian flag. The exact date the case was initiated and in which region it was initiated is unknown. According to the prosecution's version, Mustafin, in the presence of other people, tore off the insignia with the Russian flag from his uniform and trampled it with the words 'Glory to Ukraine!', and then - on another day, in the presence of 'third parties' - demonstratively flushed a similar insignia down the toilet.
