Case Description
In Kaluga, early in the morning of May 30, 2024, unknown individuals set fire to a MegaFon cell tower in the city's forest belt. A few days later, three young men were detained on charges of arson — 18-year-old Radislav Kudenkov, and 15-year-olds Ruslan Valiulin and Semyon Timirkin. They were accused of committing a terrorist act. Radislav was sent to a pre-trial detention center, while the minors were released under a written undertaking not to leave.
