On February 24, 2024, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow issued an in absentia arrest warrant for Vrublesky. On May 12, 2025, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow found Pyotr Vrublevsky guilty and sentenced him in absentia to six years in a general regime colony.
