11 декабря 2025 года Московский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга удовлетворил ходатайство следствия и избрал фигуранту дела меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
30 марта 2026 года 1-й Западный окружной военный суд признал Павла Митрофанова виновным, размер наказания неизвестен.
29 июня 2026 года Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
