Case Description
In Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, a criminal case was opened for "fakes" about the Russian army against 38-year-old local resident Pavel Bashkurov. Date of initiation of the case, the chosen preventive measure, as well as details of the charges are unknown. On April 21, 2023, the Dzerzhinsky City Court found Pavel Bashkurov guilty and sentenced him to 10 months of corrective labor with a 10% deduction of income for the state. The verdict was not appealed and entered into legal force.
